The Vault is definitely one of my favorite stores in St. Louis! They have so many quality/high end items to choose from and the prices are affordable! Inventory changes daily so if you can’t find something one day - definitely come back. The staff is so helpful and friendly and I love their heart for giving back. I have both bought and sold items and frequently receive compliments on the pieces I have found here!

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because as we we're leaving the store... a friendly employee said, " Don't forget about our online store."
Then my wife saw a bag on the back counter and inquired about it and we bought it!!!!!

I adore this store so very much! I rarely pay full price for luxury items especially when I can come to this store and find well loved and cared for pieces for less. The staff is always friendly and even helped my Husband surprise me when I came in to look for a bag I had mentioned to him the day before. The women that work in this store are the absolute sweetest! I have also had the joy of selling a few of my own pieces and their offerings for my items are always fair. Check them out!!
I’ll start by saying all of the ladies at The Vault are extremely pleasant, welcoming, and easy to work with. I have been coming here for a few years to sell them my items and I can honestly say that I feel like they give fair offers. The process couldn’t be more simple; you drop your items off at the counter and they take about 10 minutes to price them. I have left The Vault countless times satisfied and I look forward to remaining a loyal customer!
Visiting St Louis from Maryland. My sister-in-law has been raving about The Vault for years. She is right! Great merchandise and the most helpful and knowledgeable sales associates.
Love the store. I have bought fancy dresses, work dresses, blouses, sweaters, workout wear and shoes at the store. Usually I can find a treasure but not always—worth the hunt, though. It’s my favorite women’s clothing store in St. Louis.
I bought the first season of their show and wished we had a great luxury resale store in my area. I looked them up and found The Vault! They had just started speaking of it in the show. I shopped and found a little Louis Vuitton that I had to have . Within a few minutes my order was already pulled off site and was being shipped. The service was quicker than any luxury designer site that I had shopped before. I already feel like I am appreciated as a customer. I love this store and if I am ever in the area , I will be in to shop! I only wish I could bring in my luxury designer goods that I no longer use. Perhaps you could have people send you their items after you have a FaceTime consultation with the client. Anyway , just a thought. Thank you for making my day!
